What using this portal commits you to, and what it does not.

Who you are dealing with

This portal is operated by RODMENA LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company 16472788, at 14 Keppel Row, America House, Flat 2, London SE1 0FB. In these terms, “we” means that company and “you” means the firm on whose behalf you are using the portal.

Applying

An application is not an agreement

Submitting the form asks us to consider your firm. It does not create a partnership, an appointment, a reseller or agency relationship, or any obligation on either side. We are not obliged to accept an application, and we do not have to give a reason for declining one.

Nothing here is an offer

No page on this portal is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms part of any contract. A partnership arises only from a separate written agreement signed by both firms, and that agreement prevails over anything published here.

What you tell us has to be true

We assess applications on the company registration number, VAT number, turnover band, headcount and experience you give us, and we check what we reasonably can. An application containing information you know to be false may be declined or withdrawn at any time, including after approval.

You must be entitled to apply

Apply on behalf of a firm only if you are authorised to do so, and give a work email address at that firm rather than a personal one.

Using the portal

Automated submission

Do not submit applications by script, and do not attempt to submit at a rate a person could not. The application route is rate limited, and we may block an address that trips it repeatedly.

Other people’s applications

The status page answers only for a reference together with the email address the application was made from. Do not attempt to look up an application that is not yours, and do not attempt to enumerate references.

Security testing

We welcome reports and publish a contact at /.well-known/security.txt. Do not run automated scanning, denial-of-service testing, or social engineering against this portal without written permission first.

Availability

We intend this portal to be available, and we monitor it — but we give no availability commitment for it and it carries no service level. The service levels RODMENA publishes apply to the products and services described in a customer agreement, not to this website. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the portal, including while an application is open; if we do, your application is unaffected and we will still respond to it.

What belongs to whom

The portal, its text and its design belong to us or to our licensors. The information you submit remains yours; you give us permission to use it to assess your application and to contact you about it, which is described in full in our privacy notice. We claim no rights in your firm’s name, marks or materials beyond that.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this portal, and our total liability arising from it is limited to £100. You are using a website to submit an application; the commercial relationship, if there is one, is governed by the signed agreement and its own liability terms.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the portal at the time you use it, and we do not apply a change retrospectively to an application already submitted.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about them go to business@rodmena.co.uk.
